Before the arrival
1. Fill the rental contract and send it to mylittlecampertenerife@gmail.com with the pictures of your driving license (both sides).
Remember that you need to be at least 25 years old and have the driving license for at least 2 years.

2. Click here and read the terms and conditions of the rental.
3. Read the regulations for camping and campervans.
4. Pay the deposit (amount of 1 day rental) by clicking on the image from the van that you going to rent. Send us the confirmation of the payment by Whatsapp on this numer +34 672 50 63 45 or by email on this adress mylittlecampertenerife@gmail.
- There is no need to complete this step if the booking was made through Yescapa, Indicampers, Camplifi, Airbnb, or Booking.

Take 6 pictures of the van as soon as you arrive to the parking spot (front, back, both sides, drivers perspective (where you can see the petrol level and voltmeter) and inside of the living space). We kindly ask you to take these pictures for the purpose of proving the condition of the van before and after the rental.
This step will help avoid any misunderstandings on both sides.

3. Pay the remaining amount for the rental (you can check the number on the contract) by bank transfer and send the confirmation of the payment by Whatsapp on this number +34 672 50 63 45 or by email on this adress mylittlecampertenerife@gmail.

5. Pay the 500€ guarantee deposit and send us the bank confirmation. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or cash.

6. Once we receive all of the information included in this part we will provide you the code for the padlock with the keys for the van.

Auto Check-out
1. Remember that before you going to El Medano for the check out you need to stop in the petrol station for cleaning and preparing the van for the next guest. You can follow the instructions on the next article.

3. Put the key to the van inside the padlock and close it. Then remember to change the combination of the numbers.
4. We will check your pictures to make sure the van hasn’t experienced any damage to the outside or inside during the rental period and check that everything is clean for the next guest.
5. We will return the deposit as long as everything is on place in a maximun of 24h.

In case we find out that there is some damage we will need to keep the deposit until we know how much the repair costs will be. Then we will return you the remaining amount of the deposit by bank transfer. We will justify the amount deducted from the deposit with an invoice for repairing the damage.
