At My Little Camper Tenerife, we understand that every traveler has unique needs and preferences. That’s why we’ve designed two service options to let you customize your rental experience according to your budget and desired level of comfort.

Base Service (included in the price):

This option is tailored for travelers seeking the most affordable alternative without compromising the quality of their experience. By choosing the Base Service, you take care of certain tasks that help reduce additional costs. Features of this service include:

  • Self check-in and check-out: Upon arrival, you can access the campervan autonomously using a combination lock system. Similarly, at the end of your trip, you will check out using the same procedure.

  • Cleaning and maintenance: The campervan is delivered in perfect cleanliness and working order. Before returning it, you are required to perform a complete cleaning of the vehicle, including refilling the water tank, cleaning the interior and exterior, washing bed linens and towels, and other tasks to ensure the next guest enjoys the same high quality. To help with this, the campervan is stocked with all necessary cleaning supplies and a detailed step-by-step guide.

  • Flexible hours: If you wish to extend the check-in or check-out time beyond the standard hours, you can request this in advance. This service has an additional cost of €10 per extra hour, subject to availability.

The Base Service is ideal for those who value autonomy and wish to maximize their budget by actively participating in the care and maintenance of the vehicle during their adventure.

Extra Service (€60, must be requested at the time of booking):

For travelers who prefer a more convenient, worry-free experience, we offer the Extra Service, which includes a range of benefits designed for your comfort:

  • Personalized assistance for check-in and check-out: You can carry out these processes in San Isidro, a location with excellent public transport connections, or in El Médano, according to your preference. Our team will be present to assist you with everything you need.

  • Full cleaning service: We handle the comprehensive cleaning of the campervan at the end of your rental, including refilling the water tank, washing bed linens and towels, and cleaning dishes and utensils.

  • Flexible hours: Like the Base Service, you can extend check-in or check-out times for €10 per extra hour, subject to availability.

The Extra Service is designed for those who want to enjoy their trip without worrying about maintenance and cleaning tasks, allowing you to fully focus on your Tenerife experience and exploration.

By offering these two options, we aim to cater to your needs and preferences, ensuring that every traveler finds the service mode that best suits their travel style and budget.
