🔑 Before arrival
1. Van Booking
To confirm your booking, you need to pay a deposit equivalent to 1 day of rental.
Click on the image of the van you want to rent and you’ll be redirected to Stripe, our secure online payment platform.
2. Fill Out and Send the Rental Agreement
Click the button to download and fill out the rental agreement. You can easily complete it using the iLovePDF app on your phone or directly on their website from your computer (it’s completely free).
Once signed, send the completed contract to mylittlecampertenerife@gmail.com, along with a photo of your driver’s license (both sides).
In the subject line, write:Your name - van rented - rental dates
Example: Ismael - Sevillana - 05/05/25 - 15/05/25
3. Read the Terms and Conditions
Please make sure to read our Terms and Conditions carefully so you are fully aware of our policies and procedures.
4. User Manual
In this section, you will find a user guide for each van, explaining how everything works and where each element of the camper setup is located.
At arrival
📍 Check-In
5. Check-In Time and Location
Unless we’ve agreed otherwise, check-in is at 15:00.
Base Rate: Check-in will take place in El Médano.
Extra Service: Check-in will be in San Isidro.
🚐 Unless otherwise arranged, someone from My Little Camper Tenerife will be waiting next to the van. In some special cases, check-in may be done autonomously. If so, we will send you instructions beforehand.
6. Pay the Security Deposit and Remaining Balance
The security deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the following account:
Ismael Rodríguez Martín
IBAN: ES12 0182 5731 1402 0156 8082
In the payment description, write:Your name - deposit
Example: Ismael Rodríguez Martín - deposit
💶 The rental balance is usually paid in cash unless agreed otherwise.
7. Vehicle Photos (Condition Verification)
We will take 4 photos of the vehicle: front, back, left side, and right side.
They should be clear and good quality, showing the full exterior of the van.
These photos will serve as a reference to check the condition of the van upon return.

🚐 Check-Out
8. Cleaning the Van
The van must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up, including:
Interior and exterior cleaning
Laundry
Restocking of provided items
We will provide a cleaning guide that you should follow step by step.
🔴 Returning the van dirty negatively affects the experience of future guests and the overall quality of our service.
For this reason:
If not cleaned properly: €30 fee
If returned without cleaning: €150 fee
✅ If you booked the extra cleaning service, we’ll take care of everything.
9. Check-Out Time and Location
Unless otherwise agreed, check-out is at 12:00.
Base Rate: Check-out is in El Médano.
Extra Service: Also in El Médano, and then we’ll take you to San Isidro.
🚐 As with check-in, someone from our team will be there unless otherwise agreed. In special cases, autonomous check-out may be required and you’ll receive instructions beforehand.
10. Final Check and Deposit Return
During check-out, we will verify that the van is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
If no damage or defects are found — either on the vehicle exterior or inside the camper setup — the deposit will be returned on the spot.
If damage or issues are identified, we’ll review the insurance coverage you selected and act accordingly.
The same applies to cleanliness — if cleaning has not been done properly, the respective fees will apply.
